Exchange Policy
EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 30-day exchange policy on unused, unworn hair.
To be eligible for exchange:
- Hair must be in original packaging
- Hair must be unwashed and uncut
- Hair must be unused and unworn
- Must include proof of purchase
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
Exchanges are accepted for:
- Different length
- Different texture
- Store credit
To initiate an exchange, contact us at info@sohsupport.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product in its original packaging.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Worn or installed hair
- Cut or altered hair
- Washed hair
- Hair removed from original packaging without documentation
Due to the nature of our products (human hair), we cannot accept returns for hygienic reasons.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive defective hair (excessive shedding, tangling, or quality issues), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and video documentation. We will replace defective products at no cost to you.
SHIPPING COSTS
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges. We cover shipping costs for replacement items or defective products.
